2. Next paint on 2 white ovals for the eye
3. Then you are ready to paint two small black dots on top of the ovals and add a nose and smiley face. A dotting tool works great for this. You can pick one up at Sally’s Beauty Supply or use a toothpick.

5. These are the colors & I used. The dotting tool is in front of the polish. It really makes it a lot easier to do the designs.
